Description
Danny Meyer may be the king of high-end American fare, but he’s still a Missouri boy at heart. At Blue Smoke, his hickory-fired smokers release delectable, succulent meats. Chef Kenny Callaghan doesn’t need to take sides in the dry-versus-wet debate, because he’s got both: You can choose from Kansas City spareribs, Texas-style salt ’n’ pepper ribs and Memphis-style baby back ribs. Kids will be tempted to fill up on the adorable mini-loaves of corn bread, but have them save room for the sticky toffee pudding and key lime pie.
